Shipping Policy
Pet Hair Solutions provides international shipping to eligible destinations.
Shipping availability, cost, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment partner, carrier, and local customs requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within:
2 to 5 business days
Processing time begins after:
- Payment has been successfully authorized;
- The order has passed any required fraud or security review;
- The order details have been confirmed.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed by our company or fulfillment partners.
During holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated standard delivery normally takes:
- United States: 7 to 20 business days;
- Canada: 10 to 25 business days;
- United Kingdom: 7 to 20 business days;
- European countries: 10 to 25 business days;
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 25 business days;
- Other international destinations: 15 to 35 business days.
Some destinations, remote areas, customs inspections, or exceptional carrier delays may result in delivery taking up to 45 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take between 3 and 7 business days to begin displaying updates after shipment.
Some international carriers provide limited tracking information while a package is in transit between countries.
Multiple Packages
Products in the same order may be stored and shipped by different fulfillment partners.
As a result:
- Items may arrive in separate packages;
- Packages may arrive on different dates;
- You may receive more than one tracking number;
- Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean items are missing.
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order was divided into multiple packages.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Value-added tax;
- Brokerage fees;
- Customs clearance charges;
- Other fees imposed by the destination country.
When duties and taxes are not expressly shown as collected during checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them directly to the appropriate carrier or government authority.
Pet Hair Solutions does not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
Refusing to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned, destroyed, abandoned, or held by customs. Refunds in these situations are subject to deductions for shipping, return costs, customs fees, and other expenses incurred, to the extent permitted by law.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Before submitting an order, verify:
- Recipient’s full name;
- Street name and building number;
- Apartment, unit, or suite number;
- City;
- State, province, or region;
- Postal or ZIP code;
- Country;
- Telephone number, when requested.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted or sent for fulfillment.
Pet Hair Solutions is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Customs inspections;
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Carrier disruptions;
- Transportation shortages;
- Public holidays;
- Strikes;
- Government restrictions;
- International conflicts;
- Public health emergencies;
- Incorrect address information;
- High seasonal demand.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check all entrances and safe delivery locations;
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management;
- Contact the local delivery carrier;
- Allow up to 2 additional business days, because some carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery;

We may open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
A replacement or refund is not guaranteed until the investigation has been completed.
Lost Packages
A package may be considered lost when:
- The carrier confirms that it is lost;
- Tracking has shown no meaningful movement for an extended period;
- The estimated delivery period and a reasonable investigation period have passed.
Confirmed lost-package claims may be resolved with:
- A replacement;
- Store credit;
- A refund;
- Another appropriate solution.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect it, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs;
- Return shipping costs;
- Customs charges;
- Carrier fees;
- Reshipment costs.
Any refund will be processed only after the package has been returned and inspected, subject to applicable law.
Shipping Restrictions
We may be unable to ship certain products to some countries or regions because of:
- Carrier restrictions;
- Customs regulations;
- Sanctions;
- Product regulations;
- Local laws;
- Supplier limitations.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order when delivery is not reasonably possible.
